FRENCH TOAST

Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2/3 cup milk
8 slices bread
2 tablespoons butter or margarine for frying pan

Directions:
1. Beat eggs with fork until all yellow.
2. Add milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon and mix well.
3. Heat frying pan over low heat melting butter.
4. Dip bread slices into egg mix and coat both sides.
5. Cook slices until golden brown on both sides, adding butter to 
pan in between slices.
6. Serve French Toast with syrup or jam.
