HONEY OATMEAL COOKIES

Ingredients:
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon corn oil
2 eggs, beaten
tablespoon orange rind
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups oatmeal

Directions:
Blend honey, oil and eggs. Stir in other ingredients.
Dough should be stiff. Drop by teaspoon onto lightly
oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 mins.
