HALLOWEEN SALAD

Ingredients:
10 carrots
2 cups raisins
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tablespoon lemon juice
Pinch of salt and pepper

Directions:
1. Peel and wash carrots.
2. Grate carrots into a bowl.
3. Stir in raisins.
4. Make dressing in separate bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice
    salt and pepper. Mix well.
5. Pour over salad and mix well. Refrigerate an hour before serving.
